STORE POLICIES

​​Online Purchases

Purchases and transactions carried out on the website and through the online store are processed by Stripe, Inc. All efforts will be made to ensure an easy and seamless transaction in accordance with local laws and relavant Terms & Conditions/Privacy Policies. The policies of Stripe, Inc. can be found here.

Alternatively, customers may choose to proceed with payment using the PayPal payment gateway through which the transaction is processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (“PayPal”) services. This is subject to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of PayPal. By proceeding with the transaction, the customer is agreeing to be bound by these policies.

All major debit/credit cards are accepted. If you have any questions or require support regarding online purchases, please contact me here.

Usage License and Terms of Sale

All photographic prints and related products that are sold on the store page come offered with a Non-commercial Usage License as standard; unless other alternative usage terms have been agreed upon. As such, you are purchasing a license to use and/or display these works in a Non-commercial capacity. Under the Non-commercial Usage License, you are granted an unlimited worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty free right to use this work for non-commercial purposes. The Non-commercial Usage License does not allow sale or distribution of Content in any form. By continuing with any store purchase, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

If you have any questions about these conditions, I am happy to provide support. Or if you would like the opportunity to utilise my photographic work in a commercial capacity, please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss any terms for an Extended Use License.

​​Shipping Information

The Standard Service is provided to the UK Mainland only. All framed orders are delivered by courier service, regardless of standard or express service. Please bear in mind, the products offered on the store page are made to order. As such, considerations must be made in terms of lead times which are outlined below. The following information are for guidance only:

  • Order processing: 1-2 working days.

  • Print only, Standard service: 3-5 working days for print and dispatch, 1-2 working days for delivery. Print only orders to be fulfilled by Royal Mail Signed For service.

  • Print only, Express service: 1-2 working days for print and dispatch, next working day delivery.

  • Mounted & framed prints, Standard service: 2 weeks for production, next working day delivery.

  • Mounted & framed print, Express service: 7-8 working days for production, next working day delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free as standard to orders made to be delivered within the UK Mainland.

Completed orders will be delivered by Royal Mail, courier service or any other delivery service at the discretion of Studio One Frames. If applicable, tracking numbers will be provided to the customer.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Prints are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend an order, you must contact me as soon as possible within 24 hours as your request will need to be passed on to the print service. Please bear in mind before placing your order, that this does not apply to Express orders

Upon receipt or collection of any goods, you should inspect and ensure you are satisfied with its condition. You must inform me within 48 hours after receipt or collection, of any defect or problem otherwise you shall be deemed to have confirmed that the goods are in a satisfactory condition upon delivery or collection.

 

Any claims for damages must be supported by photographic evidence.

 

In the unlikely event that the product develops a fault within 30 days, please contact me and we can look at possible repair/replacement options or store credit.

 

FREE RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact me within 30 days of delivery to commence a return order.

 

The order must be in a resaleable condition and include original packaging where possible. Exterior paper wrap on framed orders is not necessary, but alternative packing must be used. Please provide your details and order number in any correspondence.

Due to the nature of the order, Bespoke products or orders cannot be returned. However, if the product develops a fault, this will still be covered by the same 30 day policy, whereby we can look at possible repair/replacement options or store credit. 

 

Any return order must be received by me within 14 days after your return order has been confirmed, from which point the product will be evaluated. If the product is deemed resaleable, a refund will be issued within 14 days (typically 5-7 days). Please note that if you paid for Express delivery, this cost will not be refunded.  

Print Only Orders

Returns of print only orders will be handled by Royal Mail. I will process the return to produce a return order with the Royal Mail. You will then have the option to return at your local Post Office (printer required) or to return at your nearest Royal Mail Delivery Office (printer or QR code). This will be using the Signed For service. Exact details will be confirmed with the customer.

Framed Orders

Returns of framed orders will be processed by courier. The customer may opt to have the package collected from the original delivery address or drop it off at a specified drop-shop for collection. This will be confirmed with the customer once the return order has commenced. 

To find your nearest DPD drop-shop, please visit this DPD UK link and search for your town or postcode. Once you have found your desired return shop, please quote the shop details (including post code) in the Return Order Contact form or via email.
